What does a floor or house plan cost?
Most buildings are different and customers needs vary. We have designed the website to guide you through to a customised price for the size of your property and the type of plan you require. Just click on start and follow the process to reveal your bespoke price.
Do you provide any guidance on measuring and presenting my floor plan sketch?
Yes with every order we provide a guide explaining our tried and tested method for efficiently measuring and sketching the plan of your property. We even provide printable graph paper with commonly used symbols to help.
Will my plans be drawn to scale?
This depends on you. We will endeavor to draw all plans exactly as they are presented to us. If you require the scale and page size to be marked on your finished plan add this to your sketch before sending it.
Can I add my own logo and disclaimer to the floor plan?
Yes, we can add any information you want. You will need to send your logo image file to us and write the exact disclaimer you want on your sketch before sending it to us.
Can I take a photo of my sketch and email that?
Yes, you can. Just be sure that the image is clear and sent in the highest resolution possible.
What format will my plans be in when returned?
We will send you PDF, Jpeg, and DWG file formats as standard. Other file formats may be available upon request. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred file format. (Jpeg only available for 3D plans)
What happens if there is an error on my floor plan?
We will correct any errors free of charge if the error was in any way our responsibility. Otherwise, errors will be corrected for a small fee. We will look at each case individually and come to a mutually fair price.
How do I make a complaint?
Please follow our complaints procedure on the bottom of each page of this website. We value all our customers and will do all we can to resolve any issues. The easiest and most direct way to contact us in the first instance is through the “contact us” page of this website.

Why do I have to pay for this service in full and upfront?
You don’t. We also offer 30-day invoice terms, however, we prefer payment up front to keep our prices competitive. Taking upfront payment saves time and cost compared to invoicing and making requests for payments. We can serve you faster as we have the full payment to commit our resources to, and will serve you better as we appreciate your commitment to us.
